At Spirit Sprite I provide the services of Nutritional and Lifestyle health, and Ceremonies. What does this entail? Spirit Sprite is a dynamic practice using nutrition, energy and spiritual healing, energy clearing to expand love throughout the universe through healing and ceremonies. Why so many modalities? It is my intent to provide a diverse and “wholistic” practice that encompasses healing in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. All of Spirit Sprite’s services are provided with the intent to aid the client in their healing and expanding.

Energy or vibrational healing is the practice of moving blocked or stagnant energy in the body and replacing, shifting or transforming it to healthy energy. These blocks and stagnations may cause physical pain. Our body’s organs have a natural healthy vibration. If any part of our body is not in balance it will affect the vibration and cause dis-ease. This energy is the vital force or life force called “prana” or “chi”. At Spirit Sprite I am able to assist you in bringing your vital force back into balance, removing physical pain and speeding up the recovery process.
